On Sunday, October 18th, we will gather together to center the conviction that God loves all people and calls us to create environments of care for the vulnerable. We will stand in solidarity with and for those who most often pay the price for dehumanizing political outcomes: children.
With election season just around the corner we are noticing an uptick in polarizing and fearful messages from political campaigns that seek to divide us. In response, we are creating a time of reflection, prayer, discussion, and creativity aimed at centering God’s love for all people, especially those in need of support and advocacy.
This event will be kid friendly and will feature opportunities for kids to color, pray, and make right alongside of adults. The nursery will be open.
We will meet around tables in the Hi-Fi. There will be coffee, conversation, and opportunities to pray and share together.
