You’re invited to experience a unique somatic breathwork practice designed to nurture your mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. In a small group setting, you’ll be guided through a powerful practice that helps release emotional tension, calm the mind, and restore balance to your body. Whether you’re seeking relief from stress, a deeper spiritual connection, or simply a moment of peace, this experience is for you.

Sessions will be led by Nate Todd and have been made available to Canvas members without cost through our 2025 grant project.

Dates and times for sessions will be scheduled based upon the availability of the group. Space Is limited and spots will be confirmed on a first come, first served basis.
